Welcome to Pidfey Sensei Printworks ("Pidfey Pro", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Pidfey Sensei Printworks, concerning your access to and use of the pidfey.pro website and its AI Layer Generator application.

2. GPU Processing and Token System

Our Service utilizes highly demanding cloud GPU resources to process images via Artificial Intelligence. Access to this processing power is metered through a proprietary "Token" system.

• Token Consumption: Processing a standard image (under 60cm Print Setting) consumes exactly one (1) Token. Processing an image with settings exceeding 60cm consumes a maximum of two (2) Tokens due to increased computational load.
• Irrevocable Action: The moment you initiate an image generation by clicking the process button, the system immediately reserves and deploys GPU resources on our external servers. Tokens consumed for initiated processes are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the aesthetic result of the AI generation.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring correct print size settings and uploading high-quality input images before initiating processing. We do not offer token refunds for user errors, poor input resolution, or subjective dissatisfaction with AI output.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright Liability

Pidfey Pro provides an automated technical tool for image processing. We do not claim ownership of the images you upload, nor do we monitor the content of the images processed by our AI.

• Zero Liability Exemption: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to process the images you upload.
• Copyright Infringement: You strictly agree NOT to upload images containing protected trademarks, copyrighted characters (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Nintendo), or any intellectual property belonging to third parties without explicit authorization.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pidfey Sensei Printworks from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of third-party copyright or intellectual property rights using our Service. The liability falls 100% on the user.

4. Account Security and Access

To use the processing features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent chargebacks, or attempt to reverse-engineer our frontend or backend API.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the Service, the specific aesthetic quality of the AI outputs, or suitability for a particular printing purpose. AI generation is inherently unpredictable.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted only in a state or federal court located in Delaware.
