At Pidfey Sensei Printworks ("Pidfey Pro"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our web application (pidfey.pro).

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our AI processing services securely:

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and securely hashed password via our authentication provider (Supabase). You may optionally provide a display name, phone number, and avatar image.
• Usage Data & Images: We process the images you upload solely for the purpose of executing the AI transformations you request. We do not permanently store your uploaded images or generated layers. Processing occurs in real-time, and temporary files are systematically cleared from our cloud GPUs after completion.
• Technical Data: Your IP address and browser type may be temporarily logged by our security infrastructure (Cloudflare) to prevent malicious attacks and DDoS attempts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and manage your Token balance.
• To deliver the AI image processing services you request.
• To secure our infrastructure using Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection).
• To communicate critical account or billing updates.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

3. Cookie Policy & Local Storage

Pidfey Pro uses "Cookies" and standard browser "Local Storage" strictly for essential platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for targeted advertising.

• Authentication Tokens (Essential): We use Supabase JWT tokens stored securely in your browser to keep you logged in and authorize your GPU processing requests.
• Language Preferences (Essential): We store your selected language (e.g., 'es' or 'en') in `localStorage` to ensure you see the correct version of the app.
• Security Clearance (Essential): Cloudflare Turnstile may set temporary cookies to verify you are a human and not a bot.

By using Pidfey Pro, you consent to the use of these strictly necessary operational cookies. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but doing so will prevent you from logging in or using the AI generation features.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. Your passwords are never stored in plain text; they are cryptographically hashed by Supabase. Network traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL.

5. Your Data Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) under the GDPR, or a resident of California under the CCPA, you have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@pidfey.pro.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your consent.
